Telemedicine for COVID-19

Because of the highly contagious nature of the novel coronavirus, telemedicine provides a safe, common-sense approach to care that minimizes the spread of disease, protecting other patients as well as healthcare staff.

Common symptoms of Covid-19 are fever, fatigue, dry cough and difficulty breathing. Some people may experience a sore throat, digestive symptoms, and cold- or flu-like symptoms.

If you think you may have Covid-19 (coronavirus) symptoms, call your physician's office. If you don't have a physician, go to Find My Provider and search for a primary care physician in "internal medicine" or "family medicine." Call the doctor's office and ask about making arrangements for a telemedicine visit. You will be instructed on next steps for testing, monitoring and follow-up care.
